The condo is located across the street from the Alpine Roller Coaster, the kids will love that! It is truly a home away from home with a fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds for everyone and smart TVs. Wake up and enjoy a nice cup of coffee on the spacious balcony, a quiet moment, and enjoy the Cascade Mountain view’s.

As you walk up a flight of stairs and enter Alpine Family Haus Condo you are greeted with a sense of home and comfort. The open living space offers a full kitchen which includes a dishwasher, updated appliances, breakfast bar with stools and options for your coffee in the morning, a standard drip, French press, and a Keurig. As you prepare a home cooked meal, there is a dining table off the kitchen that your group can gather playing cards or board games. The vaulted ceiling, bright windows and relaxing living space invite you to get comfy, turn on the electric fireplace and stream your favorite shows. The couch folds out into a prepared queen bed for extra sleeping space at night. Just off the dining and living area you can relax on your own private covered deck space, enjoying a beverage, taking in the view and having conversation. A full bathroom with a shower/tub combo is your main bathroom and the primary bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and also a twin-size pull-out trundle option suited for kids. It also has a smart TV for streaming and a dedicated workspace to put your laptop, connect to high-speed Wi-Fi and get work done. In the second bedroom, you will find a queen bed with a twin pull out trundle and a smart TV. The condo has many family friendly features and is most suitable for ages 4+. Essentials like toys, games, pack-n-play, highchair, stroller, free Wi-Fi, smart TVs, lawn common area to run around and play catch, cooking essentials, Crock Pot, Insta Pot and an Air Fryer. It’s only a 15-minute walk or a quick drive to downtown Leavenworth. There is an abundance of shopping, dining, wine tasting, breweries for you to stroll around for hours. The Icicle Junction for mini golf and the Leavenworth Adventure Park Alpine Coaster are a very short walk also. In winter enjoy the Leavenworth Ski Hill for tubing and skiing, sledding at the golf course or take a 30 min drive to Stevens Pass Ski Resort. The space is private for you and your group only; there are no shared spaces. This is an upper-level unit in a condo building of 4 units. Unit number is #L4. There is a smart lock on the front door. There is a dedicated compact parking covered stall, and open parking against the back fence. A 2-vehicle limit per condo unit. Dedicated parking stall is for compact cars only. In the winter season the parking lot can be extremely slippery with ice, please take precaution.
